This is a 1.5 acre residential property in Woodinville within the steep part of a
small watershed. It contains upland, open, and wetland areas that drain
into a little lake. Features include remnant second growth forest and installed
"meadow". The old lawn has been slightly reduced and and vegetated. The property
is surrounded by a chain link fence which is planted as a wild-life corridor.
Owner is a KC-WSU Land-Water Steward who has been "landscaping"
immediately around the hardscaping while "restoring" the rest of the land
with native plants since 1999.
