BRICKMAN’s branches in Seattle, Washington and Portland, Oregon are seeking motivated, hard-working and energetic MANAGEMENT TRAINEE candidates to learn our business from the ground up. Our management trainee program begins with the role of Landscape Supervisor. Landscape Supervisors manage, coordinate and monitor a landscape maintenance crew to ensure we are delivering the highest quality service to our clients. MANAGEMENT TRAINEES learn our business hands-on to establish a strong foundation to build a long-term career with BRICKMAN.
REQUIREMENTS:
The ideal MANAGEMENT TRAINEE candidate will possess the following:
-College degree ideally in Horticulture, Landscaping or related major
-Some landscape experience preferred but not required
-Strong motivation to learn our business & grow a career with us
-Desire to work outdoors and an interest for landscaping
-Strong leadership and customer service skills
-Ability to work effectively and positively in a team environment
-Supervisory experience a plus
-Entrepreneurial
-Bilingual Spanish a plus
