We are a full-service landscape management contractor with three operating branches in the Puget Sound area.  Our Redmond Branch requires the addition of a Landscape Enhancement Crew Leader. 

This job requires strong leadership,delegation and communication skills. 
(English reading, writing, speaking & comprehension) 
The ability to communicate in Spanish is highly valued. 
You must have a minimum of one year in a leadership role in landscape enhancement or another industry.  
You must possess a strong knowledge of Northwest plants used in commercial landscapes, demonstrated proficiency in irrigation installation, planting/sod laying, paver & rock wall experience. 
A current WSDL with acceptable driving record is a must, along with experience in driving truck and trailer combinations.   You will be working with crews and doing
quality assurance checks, procuring materials from nurseries and landscape materials vendors. 

Wage is DOE.

The job entails entry level maintenance; mowing, line trimming, blowing, litter control,
weeding, planting, seasonal pruning, etc. We’re an amicable crew in a beautiful  setting and the work of herding nutrients, foiling pests & cultivating beauty in sync with nature is always interesting!

16 hours a week commitment: $12.00 per hour
 
August – November  M-Th 6:30 am - 3:00 pm.
Thursdays and 1 flexible day M-W.
